Job opportunity for professionals in chemical engineering with OTS experience in oil and gas,
refinery and chemical processes.

Experience: 3-10 years

Qualification: Bachelors/Master Degree in chemical engineering

Job Location: Bangalore

On the job Travel: Flexible to travel based on project needs

Requirements:

• Working experience in Dynamic simulation on OmegaLand /Petrosim/ Unisim / Aspen

Hysys / DYNSIM/Pro2.
• Knowledge and Understanding of PFD and P&ID for configuring the process model.
• Design and Development of OTS - functional and design specifications.
• OTS project experience (all Delivery KOM/MAT/FAT/SAT)
• Knowledge and operation experience in any DCS & ESD will be added advantage.
• Good customer management skills and communication skills
• Integration of process models with DCS / ESD system

Job Profile:

• Responsible for Base case preparation, FDS preparation, Review & validation of
Modelling guidelines
• Model building, tuning and integration of the models in Omega land software.
• Responsible for modelling detailed section such as distillation column, compressor
with controls, simple unit operation such as pumps, vessels, heat exchangers etc
• Responsible for the engineering activities of OTS like Process scope freeze, Model
development, DCS integration, Sequence check and testing with customer in front
office.
• Integration of process models with Yokogawa DCS / ESD system
• Ensure successful completion of design; achieve desired quality to meet all design
review and FAT with customer.
• Manage project schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Responsible for conducting project reviews and report the same to the
LEAD/Reporting
Manager.
• Interface with customers for technical queries and date inputs required.
