the worker by overwhelming individual coping
mechanisms and impacting the worker's ability to
work in a healthy and safe manner.

how to prevent it:

Always try to keep yourself calm and don't overstress yourself also take
some breaks.
Biological hazards, also known as biohazards,
refer to biological substances that pose a threat to
the health of living organisms, primarily that of
humans. This can include samples of a
microorganism, virus or toxin (from
a biological source) that can affect human health.

how to prevent it:

Wash hands before and after work. Also wash hands immediately before
and after wearing protective clothing, uniforms or gloves to reduce the
possibility of infection.Biological hazards can kill. Or they may cause
discomfort and affect the health and performance

An ergonomic hazard is a physical


factor within the environment that
harms the musculoskeletal system.
Ergonomic hazards include themes
such as repetitive movement, manual
handling, workplace/job/task design,
uncomfortable workstation height and
poor body positioning.

how to prevent:

1. 1.Use a device to lift and reposition heavy objects to limit force exertion.
2. Reduce the weight of a load to limit force exertion.
3. Reposition a work table to eliminate a long/excessive reach and enable
working in neutral postures.
