Customer :Good morning. I just bought an order from your franchise but now
I am having trouble just now.

Accountant :Good morning too sir. Can I see the receipt? When and where did
u buy it?

Customer :I bought it just now by drive-thru

Accountant :Can you tell me what did you order?

Customer :It’s a Big Mac with no onions and a Strawberry Shake. When I
open it I receive a Fish Sandwich and a Vanilla Shake just
because of this small problem now I am late for my
appointment don’t you know how important this appointment to
me!

Accountant :We’re very sorry I know that you are upset we can make a new
order to make it up to you.

Customer :Yes, please do.

Accountant :Again we’re very sorry for the inconvenient sir. Is there anything
more you want to add?

Customer :No, Thank you. On second thought, I would like to add one more
order.

Accountant :What is it you want to add sir?

Customer :I would like an Oreo McFlurry make sure the oreo topping is a lot
hopefully it can help to cool me down. That’s all thank you.
Accountant :Your welcome, have a nice day sir.
