continue with the price, quantity and delivery terms. Do you agree with this timetable?

Mihai: According to our decision to create a vegan menu, our restaurant needs fresh fruits and

Andrei: Of course. In our prices we include the transport from our deposits to your restaurant.

and apples 2$/kg. For these prices shipping is included in our offer.
Marius: I believe these prices are a bit too spicy. Considering our interest in long-term
cooperation and the fact that our restaurant will require a large amount of your products, maybe
we can propose a better deal. Can you provide us with a more attractive offer?
Andrei: I hope you can provide me with more detailed information about the number of products
needed to see if I can provide you with a better deal.
Mihai: Of course. Our restaurant is in need of a supplies that would be able to deliver us daily
fresh products as follows: 20 kg of apples, 25 kg of tomatoes, 10 kg of cucumbers, 15 kg of
mushrooms, and 15 kg of strawberries.
Andrei: Your needs are indeed surprising. I think I can offer you a better offer: I can offer you a
5% discount. In addition, if you pay within 24 hours after receiving the goods, we will provide
you with an additional 5% discount. Does this offer meet your needs?
Marius: That’s perfect. Let me think what option is more suitable for us. I think we should
choose the second option. We will pay after receiving our fresh products. What about delivery
terms?
Andrei: I think this is a good choice. Most of our customers like this option. Regarding the
delivery terms; the delivery truck will leave our deposit at 2 AM, so it will have enough time to
reach your restaurant until business hours. Our trucks have the most advanced technology, so the
goods can be kept fresh until they reach your restaurant.

Marius: I think it’s good for our balance sheet too.
