been having access for Pro Services Commodities until today that I can't.

back in the middle of May. Then only the US Global Forecast Service was renewed through our
website.

Andres:the last card was cancelled so I have a new one
Amber:Which Commodity service would you like to subscribe to? If you need intraday, daily,
weekly, and monthly, you would subscribe to our Commodities Pro Service for $267 per
month. If you only need weekly and monthly, you can subscribe to our new service for just
$99 per month.
Andres:But I would like to keep my subscription the same it was until yesterday. I was having
access for intraday, daily and weekly.
Amber:Then you should subscribe to our Commodities Intraday Pro Service
Andres:But the cost you mention is much higher than I was paying
Andres:And my Commodity Junctures subscription was daily, weekly and monthly
Andres:I'd like to keep at least those
Amber:Yes. When the changes were made back in December, we sent an email out notifying
all subscribers that you would be grandfathered in to your existing pricing until June 1, 2023.
Andres:I don't need intraday but daily, weekly and monthly. The same frequency I was
receiving the Commodity Junctures with Jeff.
Andres:And in my budget is not to make such a considerable increase of the cost. I hope you
understand, Amber.
Amber:If you need daily coverage, you would need to subscribe to our Commodities Pro
Service. My apologies. I cannot lower the price of the subscription.
