1. Enclosed is the Negros Oriental-Siquijor GSP Council Circular No. 7,

s. 2016, dated July 29, 2016, announcing the conduct of Patrol Leadership Course
for Patrol Leaders and non-Patrol Leaders of Seniors and Cadet Girl Scout on August
26-28 , 2016 at Camp Lily I. Gamo, Sibulan, and Negros Oriental.

2. For details, refer to the attached Council Circular.

3. A registration fee of one hundred fifty pesos (PI 50.00) shall be collected
from eachparticipant chargeable against local/canteen/PTA/personal funds subject to
the usual accounting and auditing rules.

4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.

To provide the Patrol Leaders with knowledge and skills for leadership in a Patrol, the Negros
Oriental-Siquijor Girl Scout Council will conduct an PATROL LEADERSHIP COURSE for Patrol Leaders &

Arrival & Settling Down : 3:00 P.M.- August 26,2016
Opening Ceremony : 4:30 PM. -August 26,2016
Closing Ceremony: 10:OO A.M.- August 28,2016
Fee : Php 150.00 /participant (for program materials & souvenirs)

QUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS:

Girls - must be a registered Junior/Senior/Cadet Scout as of September, 2016

- must have earned at least one badge under the &Point Challenge
- must have attended a troop/school/district encampment
- must be physically fit and alert as certified by licensed physician
- Parent's Consent

Adults - must be registered Troop Leader as of September 30,2015

- must have undertaken Outdoor Leadership Course
- must know how to understand her girls
- must be physically fit to undergo the rigor of outdoor life
- must have attended training in First Aid
