Bakery Owner
Sir:
The TVL-HE grade 12-Roux students in connection with their Subject of specialization Bread and
Pastry Production, are planning to visit your bakery on July 24, 2019 (Wednesday). The objectives of this
visit are for the students to: (1) familiarize with the ingredients and tools used in bread making; (2) expose
and give them ideas on bakeshop operations; and (3) give them a clear view of the nature of the job of a
baker. With this kind of activity, we believe that our students will gain more knowledge on Bread and
Pastry Production application aside from the theoretical aspect learned from the classrooms.
With this regard, we would like to request your approval to allow us to visit your bakery. We are
hoping for your positive response on this matter. Thank you and more power.
