NOTES :
1. THE ABOVE QUOTED PRICE IS STRICTLY BASED ON THE DESCRIBED WORK SCOPE AND OUR FINAL INVOICE SHALL BE ADJUSTED IN
ACCORDANCE TO ACTUAL WORK CARRIED OUT. THE QUOTE IS VALID FOR FIVE(5) DAYS ONLY FROM THE SUBMITTED DATE.
2. QUOTATION IS BASED ON WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT IN OUR SHIPYARD PREMISES, EXCLUDING GENERAL SERVICES, ANY CLASSIFICATION
APPROVAL OR WITNESS AND OTHER WORKS WHICH IS NOT MENTION ABOVE.

SCHEDULE IMPACT
ADDITIONAL TIME REQUIRED SHALL BE MUTUALLY DISCUSSED AND AGREED BETWEEN YOUR GOOD SELF AND THE PROJECT MANAGER.
THE ABOVE ADDITONAL WORK SHALL EXTEND THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULE BY - DAY(S)
