SUMMARY

ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT, INSTALLATION,PRE-COMMISSIONING, COMMISSIONING AND START UP OF WI WH

Paragraph 2 Scope of Work Executive STRATEGY, paragraph 5.6 SoW for Water Injection Flowlines and paragraph 8
Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start up.

COMPANY requires to perform:

 No 11 WI WH Hook up (OPTIONAL SoW)

The WORK includes all the Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning,
Commissioning and Start up.

COMPANY will free issue to CONTRACTOR the majority of material to be installed, as mentioned in Contract. CONTRACTOR
shall supply remaining material, minor and plant and consumables as described in Appendix D, Annexes of Appendix A and
deliverables.

CONTRACTOR shall supply material as required by appendix D and Appendix A and deliverables of the Contract based on
MTO that shall be checked and revised by Contractor during engineering phase.

CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to collect and transport issued material to his premises or installation place.

The CONTRACTOR, for this Scope of WORK shall be responsible for defining all the interfaces between these facilities and
other existing/new facilities.

The Work consist in Engineering, Procurement, Prefabrication, Installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of
civil, mechanical, structural, piping, earthing, cathodic protection etc. of nr. 11 WI Well Head (Optional SoW) reduced
configuration w/o Elec/Inst. in accordance with 00250600BGSC95049 - Appendix D SOW for EPC - Construction of WI network
Installation. Scope included in A1.1 item WI-WEL-002 Well Head WI #1500 Annex A1 of Appendix-A.

For Project Management, Support activity, as built and mechanical completion rates have been recalculated based on % of
activities between the 2 (civil and mechanical and electrical and instrumental) and 3 groups (civil/mechanical prefabrication,
erection and Electrical/instrumental) of price breakdown.
Price Breakdown among the 3 group of disciplines have been fully agreed and approved by both parties, endorsed by
Contractor and incorporated in the Call off.

Details of the lines are defined below and also shown in the attached schedule (BoQ WI Lines Rev 0 04-7-2016 CO-2_3_4_5)
where completion dates milestone are forecasted. Company reserve the right in due time to change the lines according to Field
operation requirement.

In case Contractor will not achieve the completion date LD’s shall be applied, counted on the portion of work value subject to
delay only.
All the works shall be completed in full compliance with Article 34 of the Contract General Conditions and Article 27 of the
Contract Special Conditions.

The above price WI-WEL-002 include Engineering, Procurement, Installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up
