Dear Mr. Gilo,

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to Cluster Team building on July 13,
2019. This seminar will cover talks about leadership and its importance to aspiring
student leaders. It will also serve as a formal gathering for all the students of the
institution. This once a year occasion will be held at the premises of Riverside College
Campus.

In addition, this Cluster Team building aims to:

 To assess the strengths and weaknesses of the cluster officers and classroom mayors and vice
mayors.
 To establish a camaraderie within their cluster and co-cluster. To develop a harmonious bond
inclusive to clusters.
 To uplift and empower the cluster officers’ and classroom mayors’ and vice mayors’
composure.
 To provide an avenue for the clusters to generate innovations and progress in the community.

The team leads are requested to make a presentation of their previous achievements
and the experiences in the aspects related to leadership. You may also include
additional agenda pertaining to the concerns on how to be an effective leader. The
seminar will last for about 8 hours, therefore, food and drinks will be provided for all the
speakers.

Please let me know if you will be able to attend the said event. We need your response
a week before the event. Your attendance must be confirmed to be counted.
