Dustbin Components Design :-

1) Stand-
Material- Cast Iron
As it is easy to mould and low in cost.
2) Rod (Solid)-
Material- Stainless Steel
As it is Strong and withstand the weight of four dustbin.

3)Container-
Material- Plastic- polyoxymethylene (POM)
As it is dimensionally stable thermoplastic with high stiffness and low friction.
4) Closing lead-
Material- Plastic- polyoxymethylene (POM)
As it is dimensionally stable thermoplastic with high stiffness and low friction

Final Assembly-
Working –
1) This dustbin contain 4 buckes.
2) They are as follows
a) Wet garbage.
b) Recyclable garbage -Paper
Metal
Plastic
3) If we have to put garbage then infornt of us there will be 4 types as mention above.
4) For this we have to press smaller part of lead of bucket and then larger part will get
inclined and will we put garbage in it.
5) Ultimately we will distinguish garbage.
Method-

Removing Garbage-
To remove garbage we have to just lift the lower part and it will get collected in a carrier by
worker as shown.
