Replete: filled or well-supplied with something

Persuasive: good at persuading someone to do or believe something


through reasoning

Circumvention: the action of overcoming a problem or difficulty


Ineffectual: not producing any or the desired effect.

Redundant: not or no longer needed or useful

Substantially: to a great or significant extent.

Constituent: being a part of a whole

Equity: the quality of being fair and impartial

Bureaucracy: a system of government in which most of the important


decisions are made by state officials rather than by elected representatives.

Endeavored: try hard to do or achieve something

Scrutiny: critical observation or examination
