Position: Logistics Operation

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Mission:

1. To manage Logistics operation through 3PL and outsource operators on product reception
central warehouses, so as to minimize the cost and ensure the quality of the providers reach
or exceed the product line agreed service requirement. (cost and delivery lead time)
2. To ensure visibility of the stock, storage capacity and activities movement throughout the
supply chain of finished goods
3. Customs procedure compliance with Government policy.
4. To study logistics improvement project or changed in process requirements.

Main activities:

 Manage 3 PL to meet Specification of Logistics Services and Logistics Specification of

Finished products (S&OP).
 Inventory management in accuracy 99,999% (systematic and physically).
 Customs process monitoring in accuracy compliance 100% Government ( e-customs).
 Responsible from import goods to distribution to Dealer per S&OP.
 Verify and accountable for Logistic billing reports.
 Coordinate with Zone Logistic to deploy new tool or update procedure improvement the
activities to operation efficiency.
 Monthly/weekly/daily reports in accuracy and on time.
 Manage 3 PL and outsource operator at the optimal cost in line with defined budget
 Issue and follow up the non-conformance incident or complaint resulting from 3PL operation
in order to make sure that the root cause analysis is done properly and timely, and the
corrective actions are implemented effectively.
 Initiate and as well as encourage 3 PL and outsource operators to propose a new logistics
application in term of improvement plan to saving accountable.
 Coordinate with Logistics costing in aspect of cost validation.
 Ensure 3 PL possess contingency plan to cope with exceptional workload and capacity
 Track and trace periodically Log S&OP and KPIs, check the 3PL monthly KPIs report, billing
then corrective actions.
 Perform periodically spot checking on the warehouse operation in order to ensure the
standard of services
 Coordinate with 3PL and outsource operators in the event of operational changes due to
new procedures or requirements.
 Analyze and reports reconciliation result, root causes and action plan to rectify
discrepancies arisen. There are two levels of reconciliation, the company level and 3PL’s
responsibility level
 To monitor abnormal/pending transfer order on a periodic basis in order to get rid of them
and also serves as a process to alert system’s failure.
 Planning inbound and outbound matching Company sales plan.
 Monitor, control and settle all short/over shipments both from and to central warehouses and
depots
 Plan and monitor space usage and utilization in all warehouse locations. Proactively alert
and propose action plan in order to ensure enough storage capacity at an operational level
for both short and long term
 Challenge 3PL for improvements by proving efficiency productivities.
 Support departments internal relevant with Logistic activities.

Requirement:

 Bachelor degree for foreign trade/ Logistic and Supply chain/ Industrial Engineering /
business administration or Accounting.
 3-5 years experiences in logistics and forwarding industry
 Proficiency English in written & speaking & presentation is a MUST
 Willing to travel with potential for non-standard work hours and/or weekends.
 Good skill on planning
 Capable of strategic thinking & brainstorming
 Maturity, Sharp minded & confident character
 Professional ERP ( SAP/Oracle/ Navision..) is much preferable.
 MS office expert ( Excel ).
 Team work.
