Fried Oreos is intended to be established as a Sole Proprietorship at University of Science and

Technology of Southern Philippines, Claro M. Recto Avenue, Cagayan de Oro City, with the expectation
of rapid expansion in the business industry.

Business Description
The company shall be formed as Sole Proprietorship under the country laws with enough financial and
headed by Elipo, Odvina, Jandayan and Dalman.
As a student of “University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines”, we share and developed
our skills we learned from our high school days from culinary and bread and pastry. So we come up with
something that most people know and would likely to buy it.

Business Mission
We would like to offer our best skills and talents by making a cheap, delicious healthy snack to our fellow
students in the country. We believed that a healthy snack not just delicious can enhance the student’s
capabilities of doing school activities and social interactions. Buying this product can be enjoy at the
fullest together with friends and family members present.

New Product
After a period if thorough trial and error the company is prepared to introduce the following product to the
market:
Fried Oreos: A fried cookie Oreo filled with a delicious vanilla flavored coating.
Students need more glucose (energy) in school activities and for enhancing brain function, therefore in
our geographical are we selected sweet food, since sugar is widely available in our area. Sweets and
dessert according to our survey is more likely the option of the students.

Short-Term Goals
We want to sell this product as fast as possible to maintain the quality of the product and to earn wealth
efficiently.
Long-Term Goals
After producing this product, we want to extend it by creating more product that would complement our
Fried Oreo, of course we will conduct an extensive survey first to produce another high demand product,
consistency and efficiency of wealth and business production is to be maintained.
