It is my pleasure to be able to utilize this opportunity and thank you for spending
your time analyzing the following Sponsorship Proposal. Not delaying further, I
would like to inform you the purpose for which this Sponsorship Proposal has been
sent to you. It is my honor to be able to announce that the BMUN- the First edition
shall be taking place at University of Agriculture Multan, from 20th-21th August
2019.

Team BMUN has been conducted by Destiny Pakistan. Forged as a public

speaking society in 2016 from students of various academic institutions, the
society has been able to successfully organize three MUN in different City of
Pakistan. TCS MUN RYK Twice, SBK MUN at Quetta and EVMUN at
Islamabad. Our commitment and ability to execute public speaking events puts us
in the top tier of privately man- aged public speaking societies in the city and our
work ethic speaks volumes about our character and resolve to ensure that our
United Nations and Pakistan National Assembly simulations are organized
successfully.

Amongst a huge influx of debate contests of various facets such as declamation,

oratory and parliamentary style debates throughout the country, the BMUN holds
immense significance as a platform for bringing together students from over 50
institutions in Multan and Pakistan and the national front under one umbrella.
BMUN has been formed on the principles of excellence, and this summer we aim
to cater to 300+ delegates from across the country. The purpose of this academic
simulation is to transform the way of thinking in youngsters, by enabling them to
think critically on issues pertaining to international significance and about realizing
how negotiation and dialogue will be able to truly help solve problems of the
world.
In order to successfully organize the conference with the scope at which the
founders have envisioned it, we are in need of reliable and committed sponsors.
The following proposal shall give you a comprehensive insight on the activities
which are performed at a United Nations simulation, and why the BMUN is
different from the various public speaking events. Destiny Pakistan Public
Speaking looks forward towards mutual cooperation with you in this regard, and
hopes to fulfill the purpose of this activity, which, at large is to resolve problems
by negotiation and dialogue.

 BMUN
Program Design
The work of BRIGHT MODEL UNITED NATION is simple – Work hard and
accomplish the objective of establishing an annual forum which is worthy of
admiration amongst delegates and our prospect sponsors. We consider it our duty
to inform you regarding the activities which shall take place at BMUN, why our
conference is different from the various other Model United Nation forums in the
city, and why we require your support.

Significant improvements have been made to the existing model of debate at

BMUN, which shall enable greater participation of delegates, and fulfill their need
for learning the art of diplomacy, negotiation and bilateral dialogue.

With participation of over 100 delegates the Social, Cultural and Humanitarian
Commission at BMUN remains one of the most popular committees. As seen,
delegates enthusiastically pose for a committee photograph post the closure of
formal debate.

Chaired by some of the best and most credible committee directors in the past, has
proclaimed its status a very proactive and productive committee at the BMUN.

BMUN is scheduled to
take place from 20th-

conference shall feature
an exhilarating debate
structure. Seeking
innovation and creativity
as always, the BMUN
Organizing Committee
has planned an all-
inclusive conference
which shall enable
delegates to not only
experience a chance for
lobbying and social
interaction, but also provide an in-house training session,
comprehensive debate and entertaining social events.

Prior to the conference, all participants shall be allocated various

countries and committees as per their own preference, and be
informed regarding specific topics related to each committee. Over
the tenure of at least two months till the conference day, delegates
shall be required to research on the relevant topics.

Throughout the course of this time duration, the BMUN Organizing

Committee shall hold training sessions and collaborate with delegates
in improving their public speaking skills, and provide tips on research
as well.

 Timeline
Day 1
20thAugust 2019
Day 1 shall serve as the ice breaking opportunity for delegates. An opening
ceremony shall be conducted in which all participants shall be introduced to the
Organizing Committee, Executive Council, Committee Directors and respective
Committees. A short training session/question & answer session shall be conducted
in order to satisfy delegate queries, problems and concerns. At the end of this
session, the Secretary General of BMUN, shall declare the house open for debate.
A social event shall be held towards the end of Day 1, which shall be a memorable
Qawalli/Sufi gathering in which delegates may relax and enjoy.

Day 2
21thAugust 2019
Day 2 at BMUN shall mark the initiation of formal debate.
Delegates shall be required to report to premises at 8AM sharp and
attend the regular committee sessions. Commencement debate shall
be observed by adjudication of renowned Committee Directors.
Delegates shall be provided with two short breaks, and the
Committee Sessions shall be terminated after the day`s closure of
debate.
The second social event shall be held on Day 2 where the
delegates shall join the BMUN Organizing Committee on
Concert.

 Day 3
22thAugust 2019
Lastly, Day shall be reserved for the Closing Ceremony of BMUN.
Delegates shall report and attend the closing ceremony. During the
closing ceremony, the host team shall engage in giving out;
i) Individual achievements awards of
a) Best Delegate
b) Outstanding Diplomacy
c) Best Position Paper
ii) Committee Director Shields & Certificates of Appreciation
iii) Best Committee Director/Assistant Committee Director Awards
iv) Honoring Host Team members via Shields/Certificates
2. The Secretary General of BMUN shall officially adjourn the
debate.

Mr. Emaduddin Khan is a writer and has published his
first book THE MAN WITH DREAMS and also with
experience of 47 MUNs. He is from the city of dreams
Quetta. Emad looks forward to making sure this year`s

 BMUN
Social Events
The BMUN organizing committee plans to organize three thrilling social events for
this First edition of the conference. The latest installment of the BMUN series
shall be entertaining three hugely popular social events for the delegates.
 Qawalli/Sufi Musical Program
A Qawalli shall be organized for delegates and the organizing committee at
University of Agriculture Multan on 20th August 2019. The Qawalli shall be hosted
by famous and talented Qawalli singers. The Qawalli is expected to be attended
by 500 individuals at least.
 Concert
Concert. The event shall be hosted by renowned SINGERS AND DJ-Artists.
Concert shall be one of the biggest social events of the year, hosting over 600
people.
