Independence day,15th August. It is a red-lettered day, it holds an everlasting place in our national
memory because it is the day when modern India was born.

Maya:Let the tricolour flutter majestically. The three colours on our national flag saffron, white and
green symbolises sacrifice of the millions who died fighting for it and peace and prosperity that
