Viditha Freedom is the way God intended us; it is something we are born

: with. Something that no one can take away from you.

Hardik: Respected principal, dear teachers, and friends. Today, we all have
gathered here to mark this important day, the 75th Independence
Day, with love and joy sprawling in our patriotic hearts.
I am Hardik
Viditha And I am Viditha. And we
: Invite you all to Nalanda’s Special Virtual Gathering for the most
favourite national holiday, Independence Day. We are glad to be the
anchors of today’s event.
Hardik: Let us start our event with the blessings of the almighty. For this I call
Archi Agarwal with a prayer song.
Viditha Thank you, Archi for the spiritual insight.
: Our first event for today is the hoisting of the National flag. After
which we will have the opportunity to listen to our Prime Minister,
Shri Narendra Modi’s speech.
Hardik: That was such an inspiring speech by our Prime Minister.
We talk highly of Independence Day quoting leaders and events of
sacrifice. But do we really know why our fore fathers struggled to see
this day? To answer these exact curiosities,
We have with us Vaishnavi Sanjula to speak about the importance of
Independence Day.
Viditha Thank you! Your speech has added more emotions to our patriotism.
: Now I invite our Respected principal to share her views with us.
Hardik: Thank you, mam for your words of wisdom. It will surely help us grow
and brighten our future.
Viditha August 15 is the day when we honour the sacrifices of people who
: relentlessly struggled for freedom. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's
famous lines, "Give me blood, and I shall give you freedom", to Bal
Gangadhar Tilak's "Swaraj is my Birthright" have inspired generations.
We have with us, Moukti who will talk about the heroic freedom
fighters.
Hardik: Thank you moukti for reminding us of the courageous hearts!
Moving on, to add to our memories of this event, we have Mahek Jain
performing a dance.
Viditha Such a mesmerising performance it was, Mehak.
:
Hardik: After around 200 years of staying under the control of the British
people, India finally freed herself from their control. But what
happened right after getting the nation freed. The country had gone
through wars and sufferings. How did this wounded nation get back
on its feet?
Let us know how India was reformed after independence from Anuj
Agarwal
Viditha Thank you, Anuj. Your words proved Saare Jahan se acha, Hindustaan
: Huamara
Hardik: You are right. BUT WAIT! You don’t have to sing when have someone
who will sing a wonderful song for us. Archi, please tune up this event
with your melody.
Viditha Thank you! Archi For such a marvellous song.
: We dance with Laughter,
We dance with Tears,
But today’s dance is going to be full of Devotion to INDIA.
Let’s welcome Hemanth.
Hardik: Amazing energy Hemanth. Just what we need to keep going. Next up
is Vaishnavi to fill our rooms with her beautiful voice.
Viditha Thank you so much, Vaishnavi, for this beautiful song. It’s time we call
: Nihaar with his dance moves.
Viditha Thank you Nihar. What an excellent performance.
:
Hardik: We celebrate Independence Day every year to keep our spirits high
and to show our motherland our never-ending love towards her.
Dear audience, it has been a lovely time with all of you here. Thank
you Principal Maam, Teachers and all our classmates for being
wonderful listeners and supporters throughout this event.
Viditha My love for my nation is worthiness. My love for my people is endless.

wish you all a special happy Independence Day!
