The Long-Awaited Picnic

It was during the weekend of Christmas and we decided to utilize the vacation fully on the outskirts at a

nature park. As most people generally gathered at the urban areas to take the full essence of Christmas,

the nature park was less crowded and it gave us the opportunity to reserve a campsite to stay overnight

and have picnic.

Surrounded by towering Pine grove, the picnic area was serene with only the chirping of the birds

penetrating the silence. The murmuring cascade nearby added to the charm of the forest and we made

sure to take a dip into the pool formed beneath the waterfall. The hike to the falls was easy for all the

members of family and especially my little nephew was overwhelmed.

Appetite soon hit us after taking a refreshing swim and thanks to my mother, we filled our tummies with

delicious sandwiches. Meanwhile my brother was busy barbecuing the chicken with his wife and with it,

our lunch was sumptuous.

In the evening, we had bonfire at the picnic site and under the starlit sky, the picnic concluded as we

entered our respective camps.

Conclusion

Far from the city crowd, a picnic with family was something all of us longed for to explore the other side of

life. A small rustic campsite with grille and picnic facility made our time enjoyable and the added bonanza

was the refreshing plunge into the pool.

 Importance of education

It may indeed true to say that, in such competitive world, it is must for all to have good education. The

importance of higher education has become increased in getting good job and position. Proper education

creates lots of ways to go ahead in the future.

First and foremost I would like to say that education makes us strong mentally, socially and intellectually

by increasing our knowledge level, technical skills and good position in the job. Each and every kid has

their own dream of doing something different in the life. Sometimes parents dream for their kids to

become a doctor, engineer and other high level positions. There is only one way to all dreams which is

good education.

Moreover; Education develops the people’s minds to a great level and helps in removing all the

differences in the society. It makes us able to become a good learner and understand every aspect on

life. It provides ability to understand all the human rights, social rights, duties and responsibilities towards

country.

Students who are interested in other areas like sports, game, dance, music, etc. continue their further

study together with their specialties in order to have degree, knowledge, skill and confidence. There are

many boards of education such as Federal board, Punjab board, Sindh board, Aga-khan board, etc.

according to the Province. Education is a very good tool which benefits all through the life.
 SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

As we all know that we live in the age of science and technology. It is not the same in which our ancestors
lived. In fact this must not wrong to say that if they come once again in this world they are not going recognize
this world. The reason behind this is that the life of every one of us is highly depends on the scientific
inventions and modern day technologies.
Science and technology has changed the lives of people to a great extent. It has made life easy, simple and fast.
In the new era, the science development has become a necessity to finish the era of bullock cart and bring the
trend of motorized vehicles. Science and technologies have been implemented to the every aspect of
modernization in every nation. Modern gadgets have been introduced to every walk of life and have solved
almost all the problems. It was not possible to have all the benefits of it without implementing it in the sectors
like medicines, education, infrastructure, electricity, aviation, information technology and other field.
Advancement in the field of medical, agriculture, education, economy, sports, games, jobs, tourism, etc. are the
examples of science and technology. All such advancements show us that how both are equally beneficial for
our life. We can see a clear difference in our life style while matching the ancient and modern way of life.
What improvement we are seeing in our life on daily basis is because of the science and technologies. For the
proper growth and development of the country, it is very necessary to go science and technology hand in hand.
Villages are getting developed to towns and towns to cities thus expanding the greater horizons of economy.
Our country India is a fast developing country in the sense of science and technology.

It must not going to be wrong to say that, there are many sports games. But from which cricket is one of the
most fan following sports having around 2.5 billion in the world.
Cricket is a professional outdoor game played especially by the boys of many countries on national and
international level. There are two teams of 11 players each in this outdoor game. Cricket is played until 20
overs are completed by each team. All the Laws, rules and regulation are maintained by the International
Cricket Council and Marylebone Cricket Club. It is played for Test matches and One Day Internationals.
Now a days T20 is also being played so frequently.
Earlier it was played in the southern England during 16th century. However, during 18th century it was

Small children in Pakistan are very fond of this game and generally used to play the cricket in small open
place, most probable on the roads or parks. It is a very simple game if played and practiced on daily basis.
