and allocate human resources to ensure the accomplishment of the objectives of their
business Mr. Casuela would demonstrate the structure of their organiztional frame work
with which effort is coordinated.

Casuela: Good after noon..! before we proceed to our opening of the business ,we should first
organized everything in our plan specially those task that we should when we were operating
already..or in short our organizational frame work.
: here Im going to present the frame work that I made,,
: Ms. Gonzales Im assigning as our Accounting Officer,
: Ms. Yu in Human Resource Officer
: and Mr. Acosta would you like to be an our Financial Officer

Acosta: Sure…! us of now I dont have any commitment to any organization..

Casuela: Thank you Mr. Acosta…

: Ms. Doloso I am assigning you as our Product Consultant, is it ok for you..?

Doloso: No problem with that matter..I think I can make it..!

Casuela: For the daily operation of the salon I’ll be the one to manage it… and Ms. Yu as much as
possible I want you to provide all employees that we need until next week pleas work on that
task…

Casuela: So by next week we’re about to launch our IMAGINE SALON and SPA
then see you next week on the opening, meeting is adjourned.

things, products, visitors, and the cleanliness of the IMAGINE SALON and SPA.

: go and get it, then tied it in front door.. will be using it on the ribbon cutting…

public.

Casuela: I’d like take this moment to thank God first for giving me he vision to see my idea through the
help my key people and professional and closest friend. I appreciate every person who encourage me to
moved forward and supported me when I was weak. Thank you to those who sent kind words and well
wishes and those took time to come out and celebrate with me today. I am fore ever grateful and my
heart is full.
