Brief Description:
An ESL Teacher and a Single person

Observational Notes:
I ask Genesis after his work if it’s okay if I will interview him,
he willingly agree, as I observed he is kind and easy to
approach teacher based on how he responds to my questions.
I noticed that he is also well groomed and neat in his uniform,
thus, I can say he’s an organized person.

Methodological Notes

We sat on a chair outside campus ministry then I started to

Explain to him about our interview, how it is done, the step-
by-step process of the interview and the questions he needs
to answer. As I started asking questions he’s confused at first
but later when I clarify things, he immediately understand.
Later I observed in the interview he’s very attentive when I
ask about the experiences when he’s applying for a
government services and he directly answers without
hesitations and as the interview goes on we exchanged Ideas
and suggestions on how to improve and fasten on getting
government requirements, and he also shared the struggles
he encountered while applying for a job.
 Personal Notes

In this interview everything goes well because the Informant is

nice and very responsive in my questions and he makes me
feel comfortable by answering honestly all the questions.
