God and Human Life

REFLECTION 1

Most people tend to understand beliefs from different religions but I often stick to one

main worldview. For me a worldview means is gathering beliefs that shape what we do

on our daily basis and forms of our overall life. When I look at my beliefs it basically

means that I see how it compares to different worldview. Theism is my view and belief

in God is holy and divine. He is the creator and the provider. I believe that God is

omnipotent. He created everything by his likeness and image. Personally, I believe all

that matters in the end is God and my faith to him. Also, I believe that God given us the

ability to reason and think logically and somehow I use it correctly as much as possible.

I also think that he intended that for us to use our mind to find what we are going to

believe are true. I learned so many things in this lesson that we should keep our self

focus on God’s plan to conquer every challenges that we have. It is always to us our

ability to be courageously facing the circumstances that we experience.

REFLECTION 2

I’ve learned that there are three major role of worldview. For me my insights about that

every individual understands the world and their place in it. It is basically consist of a

person who believes to be real. It is a person who is making decisions despite on their
 personal desires, longings and goals in life. An individual worldview contains a

motivational inspiration to keep the action stronger. Being a Christian who believes in

God is such an honour. Theism personifies love and justice in the sense of making

things right to guarantee the perception of God through the eternal life.

REFLECTION 3

Secular View vs. Biblical View, We need to know the concept of this two to know the

value of these. Based on the meaning of the Secular worldview it is worldly view rather

than spiritual so basically it is the same with secular humanism, they are atheists. They

believe that in the universe there is nothing above nor they don’t believe that there is a

God that we consider our creator. Also they believe that man is the highest form of

evolution it is responsible to create own law and morality to save himself. The secular

humanism provides no reason why human life should be protected. While the biblical

view is based on the bible because as a believer of Christians we consisted bible as a

holy concept of God. The bible stated from the beginning (Genesis 1:1) and from the

very last of the story that we found in the bible. I’ve learned things such that the

circumcision is an acceptable to God because it helps our body to be clean. In Secular

view it is now allowed because they don’t need to do that because they have a power to

believe in their own perspective.
