Introduction.
Bakery refers to a business establishment that produces baked goods that include cakes,
bread, cookies, pastries, muffins, biscuits, and pies, among other wheat products. The baking
process takes place in ovens, which provide the required heat to bake these products. The
different products require different ingredients and baking processes to ensure quality of the
finished products. Majority of the baking process uses ingredients such as wheat flour,
margarine, food color, milk, eggs, sugar, sweeteners, and syrup. The baked products provide
majority of the food supplements recommended for daily consumption. Such elements include
carbohydrates, lipids ( free fatty acids and simple glycerides), fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
Bakery products are the easy, readymade food items which are easily available on
demand. These are available from long time but now the liking of these items is increasing
rapidly.
BREAD : Bread is becoming one of the most essential food items in human diet due to its
readymade availability and high nutritive value. It is the most consumable wheat based
bakery products. It is the most popular breakfast item in almost every family. Bread is also a raw
material of many other Bakery products. Wheat flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water and shortening
agent are required as raw materials to manufacture bread.
BISCUITS: Biscuits are the important items of Bakery industry. It has now become a common
item of consumption among all classes of the community. With tea or Coffee, a biscuit makes a
tasty nutritious snack. This highly nutritious and easy to digest product can be preserved for a
long time. It is with in the reach of even lower class people. It is available on small shops at all
places. It is the most common snack used by all the people. Biscuit is made of simple wheat
flour, sugar etc.
CAKES: Cakes are used in all parties and on all happy occasions. Mostly the young generation
has developed the taste of this item.
PASTRIES: This bakery product is sweet in taste and is ahighly perishable food product. Its
taste is very much similar to thecream cakes and is found in small pieces. It is made with wheat
flour, cream, sugar, fruit flavors, chocolates etc.

I. Brand Name.
We all know that bread is one of the popular food in the Philippines that’s why these two friends
choose Bakery Shop.
The bakery shop named “ Jaeza” came from the two friends named Vincent Jae and Rhiza. “Jae”
from Vincent and “za” from Rhiza. They decided to put up a business, a bakery shop business
because they think that it will be a profitable business since they want to put up the business near
the school. They decided to put up this business in the year 2020 to see if this business is
profitable.They plan is to offer a good quality product, delicious and especially at affordable
prizes to sustain the customers loyalty to them and to build a good relationship with the
customers. They also wants to build a strong marketing strategies and sales strategy for the
bakery shop. Jaeza’s bakery shop is located in Zone VI, Baytan,Iba, Zambales near Zambales
National High School.

Ensaymada is a soft,fluffy
Jaeza’s Ensaymada pastry topped with white
sugar and usually finely
grated cheese.

square,baked,chocolate
Jaeza’s Brownies dessert.It comes in a variety
of forms and may be either
fudgy or cakery.
A bun is a small,sometimes
sweet, bread-based item. Buns
are made from
Jaeza’s Buns flour,sugar,milk,yeast and
butter.

Crinkles are deliciously soft,
fudge-like cookies that are
encased in a generous coating

icing) sugar.
Pudding is a bread-based
dessert popular in many
countries cuisines, made with
Jaeza’s Pudding stale bread and milk or cream,
generally containing eggs,a
formof fat such as oil,butter,or
suet,and depending on
whether the pudding is sweet
or savory.

A cupcake is a small cake
designed to serve one person,
Jaeza’s Cupcake which may be baked in a
small thin paper or aluminum
cup. As with larger cakes,
icing and other cake
decorations such as fruit and
candy may be applied.

We therefore conclude that from the start of our busiess which is the year 2020 we really
exerted a great effort and effective marketing strategies in order to notice our business by the
people, to gain more profit and to grow our business. From year 2020, we gain profit but not
more than what we expect. We make sure that the price of our products are affordable so that
many can buy. In the year 2021, our profit increase and In year 2022, our business became
popular to the customers and the sales also increase. We gain more profit which can help to
develop or add some products that can help to our bread shop business. Not only to gain more
profit, but also we build a strong relationship with our customers, our loyal customers. They
became our regular customers.. We sustain the customers loyalty by doing our marketing
strategies like services are in good quality,affordable prices and delicious breads than the other
bread shop. All the efforts and strategies that we conducted gives a really big help in our business
to grow and to gain more profit.We will also make sure that Jaeza’s Bread Shop will continue to
offer good quality products that satisfy customers expectations and needs.
