 Provided high-level customer service to library customers including reference, reader’s advisory, programming, and
outreach to schools, community centers, and other events, such as job fairs in the surrounding area.
 Assisted customers in using library equipment, often teaching basic computer and office equipment skills, obtaining
and locating information in the physical collection, or using online databases and resources.

 Responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of all logistics functions in a 4,000 Soldier Brigade
Combat Team for all support requirements, movement operations and major logistic functions.
 Responsible for planning, managing and executing a $17 Million budget that included $12 million to Reset equipment
and supplies on the Brigade’s return. Flawlessly managed the brigade's $12 million Reset budget.

Key Achievements:
 Developed detailed contract proposals to help ensure the Brigade was properly reconstituted and reset.
 Developed and authored a detailed resource management SOP ensuring proper fiscal responsibility.
 Developed a system for processing Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) within the Brigade that
streamlined and improved the process.
 Managed a $25,000 Government Purchase Card with ease, and ensured fiscal responsibility for over $100,000 in
micro purchases.

 Responsible for managing the Brigade Central Region budget of $2,800,000 for FY09 and the $8,000,000 Global War
on Terror (GWOT) Budget.
 Advised the Executive Officer and Commander on cost versus needs estimation and analysis in coordination with the
US Army Europe Directorate of Resource Management (G8).
 Collaborated with institutions such as US Army Europe and Forces Command addressing issues in logistics,
procurement, operations, and planning leading to successful redeployment and reintegration of the brigade.
 Managed the Brigade’s Government Purchase Card system, ensured fiscal responsibility for purchases.

 Improved the overall value that the supply chain contributed to combat capabilities.
 Successfully planned the Reset Conference for return of the automotive fleet, weapons, and personnel.
