Serve as a Functional Property Management Specialist I in the Defensive Equipment Program,
which provides a logistics center, including a warehouse component, with the ability to respond to
orders for defensive equipment received from around the world.
Assists in the training of the Department of States system of record; Integrated Logistics
Management System (ILMS), the Secure-Integrated Logistics Management system (S-ILMS), Mobile
Asset advantage, and has directed the use of core CMMS (IBM Maximo) and mobile CMMS.
Drafts Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Memorandums, and weekly logistics reports
pertaining to the procurement handling, programming, and inventory/accountability of all DS
equipment deployed worldwide
Assist with annual inventory reconciliation of all geographic regions of DS property using the
Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS), the Secure-Integrated Logistics Management
system (S-ILMS), Mobile Asset advantage, and as directed the use of core CMMS (IBM Maximo)
and mobile CMMS

company operational supply materials.
Effectively advanced the company's reset progress by 70% through combination of turn-in efforts of over
35 line items.
Rendered expert management to the two property books in Iraq and Kuwait for OIF and OND, amounting
to more than $1M, thereby leading to zero loss on equipment and occurring incident.
Decreased the timeline of Relief in Place/Transfer of Authority (RIP/TOA) from 10 to 7 days by
maintaining the accuracy of two distinct property books in Iraq and Kuwait during the New Dawn

Schweinfurt.
Developed and implemented the standard operating procedure in command supply discipline, while
controlling six different property books with no loss of equipment and no unit financial liability
investigation of property losses (FLIPLs).

Disciplined Program (CSDP).

Organized the logistical documentation, requisition, and accountability of over $50M worth of
