Sir,
I beg to inform you that I could not complete the above noted work due
following reasons:-
1) Decision of some maintenance work has been taken recently.
2) Decision of electrical works has been communicated very recently.

So, under the above circumstances I earnestly request to you grant an

extension time up to 28.04.2018
