THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

Introduction

This paper made an attempt to specifically target the

determinants of every of the B2C e-commerce customer satisfaction, trust

and loyalty in Saudi Arabia. A theoretical model which put forward the key

factors which influence the three constructs is developed and validated with

statistics. The following given are the key factors that has been identified:

the user interface quality, service information quality, security risk

perception, and privacy perception. With the user interface quality along

with the information quality of e-commerce websites being found to have a

considerable positive impact on customer satisfaction. Whilst the user

interface quality being strongly related to customer trust, information quality

was not. Also to add, both perceived security risk and perceived privacy

were found to be strongly related to customer trust, but weakly related to

customer satisfaction.

Scope and Delimitation of the Study

The study focused on the TITLE. The Respondents of the study is

only consisted of 100 students and was conducted during the first semester

of the school year 2018-2019 and limited only to Longos National High

School.
