things while considering time that today, how companies might create virtual teams,

any kind of corporation, arise ideal purposes.

together, makes them have the chance to concern about what kind of strategies they can

how people do things on their own, shared later with others for certain purposes,

even virtual working brings a huge range of benefits to the society, like giving extra time,

facilities to establish intercultural communication overcoming distance barriers, now, for

example, aspects like working, studding, and even shopping online has been the trend

now, making life even easier..unless, lack of not experiencing real communication, can

be sometimes slightly difficult, factors, like for example, get to know if in reality the team

group is doing their job,. According to burnoson, (2013, p. 352). Declares, that is just

through motivation that people can be encourage to be more involve in how to become a

virtual team working,. Trust, and motivation, learning how to deal with new challenges

is key for aim best possible goals. Conversely, being motivated or motivate others is

certainly, aimed in the way of how trust is stated, and how we deal with our own

challenges.
