During the Research Presentation / Exhibit of Arduino Projects held on the

10th of May at the Audio Visual Room in the New Building. Judges together with
the students give their advice and suggestion to the researchers for the
improvement of the device presented, suggestion are listed below with the
possible plan and solution for the propose device which is the Arduino Color
Sensor Using Arduino Color Sensor.

SUGGESTION ACTION PLAN / RECOMMENDATION

1. Make the color sensor recognize
more color.
1. Since the basic color and default
color of the sensor are RGB
(Red Green and Blue)
Researchers can convert the
primary color in hexadecimal to
make the color more and broad.
In that way color sensor detect
more than the 3 primary colors.

2. Make the device faster. 2. The delay used during the

exhibit was normal for the
audience to easy understand the
flow of the device. The
researchers can configure the
delay in a faster way, so that the
works of device is efficient and
productive.

3. Include all the types of fabric. 3. As part of the prototype, servo

motor can only handle small
sized objects. So basically the
fabric we use is a type of cotton
to be light and easy to carry by
the device. Judges wants to
know if the leather type of fabric
can handle by the machine. The
researchers are open for new
room and improvement, so they
can use a machine and module
that can carry out a heavy weigh
objects.

4. Add another container for the
dark or black color.
4. The device have a two container
in which separated by the
colored and non-colored. This
time, if the researchers will
upgrade the device the section
of the fabric will be pastle color,
dark color and white color for the
proper segmentation of clothing.
