Ammeter
Use in measuring current in a circuit. In a series circuit, it tests the
current by directly connecting to the circuit while in parallel it acts
as a close circuit. Do not connect it to other voltage source or it
may explode in doing so.

Voltmeter
An instruments use in measuring electric potential difference
between two points. It is present by V inside a circle in schematic
diagram. Its unit of measurement is volts.

Oscilloscope
It measure voltage and time (frequency) of an electrical signal.
Specifically it measure characteristics of voltage and timing. It
displays its result in the screen by a graph.

Multimeter
It is a multipurpose tester that measures the voltage, current and
resistance of a circuit. It acts like voltmeter, ammeter and
ohmmeter. Through accessories it can also measure humidity,
alkalinity, acidity and more.

Clamp on meter
It measures the voltage and current in more convenient way.
Unlike traditional test (voltmeter), it doesn’t require to cut wires
to test its voltage.
LCR Meter
It measure inductance (L), capacitance (C), and resistance (R) of
an electronic component.

Q Meter
It measure the quality factor or radio frequency of a circuit.
