Independent learners

We are Independent learners because Independent learners are self-motivated: we set clear goals
for ourselves. We do most of the work by ourselves without asking for help from others; we try
and search until we find what we want.

Helping to others

We help to other’s if they feel any difficulty in work. Helping others is not only good for us it also
makes us happier and healthier too. Giving also connects us to others, creating stronger
communities and helping to build a happier society for everyone.

Weakness

Impatient

We’re quite impatient and don't like waiting for companion to provide necessary information to
complete deadlines”.

Takes things personally

We all have of putting ourselves at the center and seeing everything from the viewpoint of how it
relates to us. And this can have all kinds of adverse effects, from feeling hurt when other people
are rude, to feeling sorry for ourselves when things don’t go as planned, to doubting ourselves
when we aren’t perfect.
