SUBJECT: CANCELLATION/VACATION OF QUARTER AT 220-KV GRID

STATION COLONY NTDC SARFRAZ NAGAR PHOOL NAGAR
DISTRICT KASUR.
Respected Sir,
With due respect, it is submitted for your kind information that the Quarter
NO. E-30 of subjected colony was allotted to me, which has been
cancelled by your good office Letter No. 1611-15 dated 20-06-2019. I am
living in the allotted quarter with my family and parents, but the objection
raised by your honorable office that the quarter is sublet to another person
is not true and fabricated story. I was living at my village due to some
personal issues, that’s why my allotted quarter has been cancelled. Now I
want to shift to my allotted quarter in the subjected colony with my
parents, because my parents are not able to live separately.
It is therefore requested that above noted quarter may kindly be re-
alloted or cancellation order may kindly be withdrawn on technical ground
keeping in view the position explained above.

I shall be very thankful to you for this act.
