I have been awarded 4 Numbers sub works namely construction of small Ponds in various location under ADP 461. 2. I have completed all the 4 No. Works under the supervision Engineer In charge According to the Specification and Design. 3. Funds for these works were demanded by the XEN Irrigation Division Mardan But unfortunately or intentionally your good Office released funds to the XEN irrigation Sawbi. As under there is no ongoing works under ADP No 461 with irrigation Division Swabi Therefore, the release of funds is unjustified. It is, therefore requested that funds released to XEN Irrigation Division Swabi may kindly be withdrawn and placed at the disposal of XEN Irrigation Division Mardan. So as unable him to clear my pending liability which has already been over delayed. Moreover, the concerned XEN irrigation Division Swabi May also be directed to transfer my earnest Money and Security deposit to XEN Irrigation Division Mardan Please.
