Reg: Excess recovery of installment in regard to P.F. Advance

With profound respect I beg to state that, I had taken

Rs.20,000 as advance from my P.F Account with a condition of recovery
in 40 installments @Rs.500/- each in the month of May2000 and my
recovery was started from July2000. As per record my recovery should
complete in the month of Oct.2003. But it is seen from my salary that
the recovery has been taken up to Dec.2003 which is excess recovery for
two months.
Therefore, it is requested to your goodself to please verify the
record and to pay the excess recovery amount for which act of your
kindness, I shall remain grateful to you and oblige.
