Objectives:

OBJECTIVE ONE: To encourage 50 families in Barangay 701, San

Andres, Malate, Manila to learn and adopt urban edible gardening in
available spaces at their homes so that they can have their own free and
nutritious vegetables to consume and avoid hunger.

This objective is in pursuant of the United Nations Sustainable

Development Goal (SDG) #2 : “Zero Hunger.” Specifically, SDG #2 targets
to "end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote
sustainable agriculture.”

Narevise ko na itong Objective 1. 

OBJECTIVE TWO. To make the participant families realize they can

positively do something to cushion the impact of the high inflation rate, now
at 6.7 %, by learning about and adopting urban gardening where they can
source their own food for free.

Revision: To show participant families the importance of urban gardening in fighting hunger and being
independent in terms of food security especially in the current situation of the country where inflation
rate is at 6.7%

OBJECTIVE THREE : To raise awareness among the participants about

the livelihood opportunities urban gardening can potentially offer them.

I suggest let’s make this one the last. This is for sustainability.

Additional Objectives:

To teach how to establish a vertical garden with the use of cheap and readily available materials. Urban
gardening techniques will also be shared to ensure sustainability on the vegetable production in the
backyard.

To demonstrate and teach cooking recipes that use the vegetables that will be planted in the vertical
garden as main ingredient to maximize the use of crops/plants produced by each household.

PS. I eliminated the last objective that Weng wrote since it’s redundant and so high schoolish. 
hahahaaha. Satin na lang to 
