DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this Deed of Donation is executed and entered into by and between herein named Donor
in favor of herein named Donees, to wit –
ROMAN CAMARILLO married to Rufina Banda, both of legal age, and resident of Brgy.
San Juan, Santa Cruz, Laguna and hereinafter referred to as the DONOR, and
NICASIO M. CAMARILLO, SHEKINAH RUTH M. CAMARILLO, and SHALOM M.
CAMARILLO, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and residents of Brgy. San Juan, Santa
Cruz, Laguna and hereinafter referred to as the DONEES.
WITNESSETH, that:
WHEREAS, the DONOR is the registered owner of two (2) parcels of land designated as
Lot No. 3246-F-10-A, Psd—04-122611; and Lot No. 3246-G Psd-04-030181, situated at Brgy.
San Juan, Santa Cruz, Laguna and covered Transfer Certificates of Title (TCT) No. T-205199
and T-115315 respectively, and both of the Registry of Deeds of the Province of Laguna
which are subjects of a Consolidation-Subdivision Plan with copy attached hereto for
reference, and particularly described hereunder as follows –

“A parcel of land (Lot 3426-F-10-A of the subd. plan, Psd-04-122611, being a

portion of Lot 3426-F-10, Psd-043426-073756, LRC Rec. No.), situated in the Brgy.
of San Juan, Mun. of Sta. Cruz, Prov. of Laguna. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-
2 by Lot 3247, Cad-278, Sta. Cruz Cadastre; on the W., & S., along lines 2-3-4 by
Lot 3246-G, Psd-04-030181; on the W., along line 4-5 by Lot 3246-F-9, Psd-04-
073756; on the NW., along line 5-6 by Road Lot (5.00 m. wide); on the NE., along
line 6-7 by Lot 3246-F-10-B; along line 7-1 by Lot 3246-F-10-C, both of the subd.
plan. Beginning x xx containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THREE (443)
SQUARE METERS.”

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 3246-G, Psd-04-030181), with the improvements

thereon, situated in the Barrio of San Juan, Municipality of Santa Cruz. Bounded
on the x x x Beginning xxx containing an area of THREE HUNDRED THIRTEEN
(313) SQUARE METERS. x xx”
WHEREAS, the DONOR, is donating in favor of the DONEES a PORTION OF THE ABOVE-
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTIES, with an area of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO (182) SQUARE
METERS, PORTION OF LOT 3246-G Psd-04-030181, covered by TCT No. T-115315,
DESIGNATED AS LOT 3 IN THE ATTACHED CONSOLIDATION-SUBDIVISION PLAN and
described as follows –

NOW THEREFORE, the DONOR hereby voluntarily and freely GIVES, TRANSFERS and
CONVEYS by way of this DONATION the above-described PORTION of the parcel/s of land
above-stated, in favor of the DONEES. And the DONEES hereto accept the above described
portion of the subject property with full gratitude and appreciation.

IN WITNESS WHEREFORE, the DONORS and the DONEES have hereto affixed their
