the Past Simple, the irregular ones don´t have an ending but a special form which
has to be learned by heart.

Controlled practice →The teacher gives the pupils a worksheet -´The old man´s story´. The pupils have R Ps-Ps - to rebuild a story ordering the

Follow-up →The teacher divides the groups into halves and asks them to formulate questions S Ps-Ps - to practise asking and answering
5´ about the story. Half of the group will make questions about the first five sentences (GW) questions in the Past Tense Simple.
