→The teacher explains that in comparison to the regular verbs which add –ed in
the Past Simple, the irregular ones don´t have an ending but a special form which
has to be learned by heart.

Follow-up →The teacher asks the pupils to do ex. 2/ p. 30. The pupils read and correct the S T-Ps - to extract specific information from

Controlled practice →The teacher gives the pupils a worksheet -´The old man´s story´. The pupils have R Ps-Ps - to rebuild a story ordering the

Follow-up →The teacher divides the groups into halves and asks them to formulate questions S Ps-Ps - to practise asking and answering

about how the children( Harry, Mona, Emma and Lee) met their magic friends in
the Magic Forest.
