2.0 Podium Infractions NOTED ALL


RLC request PGCDC to have a reconcililation prior presenting the report on the QAQC Meeting. Also,
RLC required PGCDC to include all vertical infractions in layout and alignment to be monitored and
presented in the QAQC Meeting.

3.0 Tower Infractions NOTED ALL


6th to 11th floor - Material for injection of Prescon failed @ 7th day. RLC insist to used Seal Bond 218P
to continue the injection on all affected floors. 12th to 16th floor - 15th and 16th floor still waiting for the
Post Tension Stressing 28D test result. 17th to 21st floor - Ongoing restressing and destressing on 18th floor and still have
4.0 and Rectification Tower pending on upper floor. still requesting on manpower to catchup and complete on schedule. Also mark 10-Jan-18 ALL
Area reported that in 17th floor a possible rupture of tendon may occur if destressing activity is continued.
Prescon must submit a report and methodology for the area that must be review prior on report on QAQC
meeting.

Sea Bond Pi pressurize injection failed @ 7day only reached 6,000 psi and the requirement based on the
Grouting Test Result material specification @ 7days wil be 10,000-13,000 psi. Grout had been sampled and will be tested on

Report February 6, 2018. 15th floor 28D and 16th floor 28D will be tested on February 5, 2018 and February 14,
2018 respectively.

Verification of Load
All installation of CHB (650psi) is on hold on electrical rooms while waiting for the computation of

Sir Randy request a sorting of homogenouos tiles together with the supplier, RLC and PGCDC. But as per

Sir Albert, observed during ph2b walkthrough that a water leak is manifesting in the construction joint of
the suspended slab and also in the beams/girders. Sir albert required pgcdc to provide a leak mapping to

determined the source of leak and also a methodology for rectification. PGCDC will give feedback on

Using Wire Mesh on Gap Sir paul, observed that Phase2b are using wire mesh to fill the gap and deformed areas of their

Sir paul reminded PGCDC that exposed rebar on suspended slab must be lessen, if not, must be rectified
