unless you’re real, and being real attracts clients and partners. The cost of
production will be rent, utilities, advertising, maintenance fee,
telecommunications and other miscellaneous fees/

Quality as a characteristic of not only output, but of the overall course of

business activities is a precondition for duration the continuous innovation. In the
business world, no one is longer prepared to tolerate lack or deviations from
quality. An offer, process and its structure, content and outputs on one hand, and
assumed demand dynamic on the other side, are subject to defining, standardizing,
planning and operationalization the quality system. The quality, inputs and
outputs appear as a pre-requisite of potential business system success. Starting
from the fact that tourism is primarily a business which uses the existing structure

need to exceed our client’s standard and expectation.

flight routes, hotels, rental cars, insurance and safety (and more) will often be
necessary. In some companies (particularly if you get into business travel),
you may even be required to organise applications and documentation for
your customers.

The bulk of any travel agent career will be spent booking travel for a
multitude of customers, from solo backpackers to romance-seeking couples,
and families with kids to fussy business travellers. Being able to listen well,
understand the needs of each trip and satisfy each and every customer is
essential, so a love for constantly delivering high quality customer service is
crucial.

 Patient
Travel agents hear it all – frequent questions, changes of mind, angry rants
and annoyed complaints. Patience is a virtue in the travel world, as is the
ability to help your clients overcome their concerns or issues, no matter how
irritated or upset they might get. It all comes down to great customer service
and beneath that, endless patience and understanding.
