Details of Work Undertaken During the Week
On the first day of our on-the-job training (OJT) at Prime Master we were told to proceed at their site
located at Cagayan National High School which is a 4 storey-school building. Engr. Jem Saquing, our head,
taught and oriented us about the rules and regulations that we must know and should obey when we are in a
construction site. After the orientation, we were divided into two groups. Each group were assigned to
observe and explore the ongoing construction.
On the following day, we were already assigned in our respective construction sites. Our group were
tasked to count the total number of workers, asked their daily rates and measure their accomplished work for
that certain day. After, Engr Jem taught us how to compute the rate per square meter of the total
accomplishment of all the workers on that day.
We repeated the measuring and computation of daily rate accomplishment until Saturday and reported it
to Engr. Jem. We always see to it that the rules and regulation in construction site be observed and followed.
