Identification of Opportunities
Along with the development of an increasingly sophisticated era of technology and facilities,
humans are increasingly competing with each other. Beside that, every family will provide
proper education for their children early. So that facilities and services are made a main thing
for students. With this convenient service, they will have a good learning effect for the future.
Therefore, we plan a business where we provide facility services for elementary school
students. In accordance with the title given, a Van Class for elementary schools.
Product Description
Our company is an educational service company engaged in interesting and effective learning.
So that our company offers by renting or buying Van Class. Our vehicle that we use is Van
Classic. The duration for exploring and explanation of the city around 30 minutes. Van-Class
can accommodate 1 driver, 5-6 students, 1 teacher.
Facilities that have been provided at Van-Class are bookshelves, TV, music speakers,
children’s toys, food and drink. Van-Class is modified with several stickers and colors so that
it can build enthusiasm students for learning and study.
Background
We make this business because we want to rebuild the spirit and rebuild students early. With
the existence of this van-class, they can pay attention to the environment that can educate the
awareness of the environment, nature and also the histories of the cities that they live in. Van-
classes can also improve social life for students.

This service has a promising opportunity, because parents will be very interested in the

1) Target Market
Our target is an elemantary school students and local communities. For that we started
promoting from elite elementary school because this institution more interested at new
and interesting learning system like Van Class to improve the image and attractiveness of
their school.
For that, we promote promotions in various social media, such as facebook, twitter, blogs,
etc. This is intended to provide convenience in ordering and purchasing our products.

FEASIBILITY STUDY
1) Location
We will provide this traveling class service to every international elementary school.
This business is intended to help the school improve its facilities. In addition, this van
class also acts as a mobile library aimed at street children who have an interest in
reading.
2) Facilities and infrastructure
In running this service, we use a van that is large enough that might be used by 5-6
people inside. In addition to adding to its appeal, this car is equipped with bookshelves
that contain various kinds of knowledge books, television as a mediator, music
speakers, food and drinks and various kinds of children's toys. So besides adding
knowledge, they can also have fun with their friends so they don't feel bored.
3) Human Resource
In this car, there will be a driver, a teacher provided by our side. The first thing we do
is first select the driver and the teacher we will provide. It is intended that the schools
that work with us can be guaranteed comfort and safety during the activity.
a. Marketing strategy
For the promotion first step we must do it is share our project with social media, and then
we come to non-government elementary school in Bandung to introduce and socialization
our project, and then after that we can rent our van in non-government elementary school
to held “moving class”, if that head teacher interested with our project, they can buy our
moving class project in the van.
b. Pricing strategy
For our first pricing strategy we use free trial for our project, after head teacher and
student are interested, we can promotion and introduce our project to head teacher, if we
can attractive to their students, after we can give an option first option is if they want, we
give them the promotion, the promotion is cashback one month, if they won’t we stop our
project with that school.
c. Service development plan
In first month held our project we give cashback to that school then after that we not give
our cashback again and next month we give promotion member price for that school.
