One day at the hospital came a Mrs. who complained of headaches.

Admission : Good afternoon Mrs., can I help you?

Patient : Good afternoon, my head hurts. Where should I go?
Admission : Here we have general practitioners and specialists. Mrs want to choose
which one?
Family : Which one should you choose?
Admission : In my opinion, it is better for Mrs to be a general practitioner first,
because later if there are complications Mrs will be transferred by a
specialist doctor by a general practitioner.
Family : Yes we choose general practitioners only
Admission : If it's like that, please take the queue number. Later we will call Mrs and
family, please sit down
Patient and family : Yes sus

After waiting a few minutes the patient and family were called.

Admission : Queue number 24 (call patient). Sorry Mrs, have you ever been treated
here or is this the first?
Patient : This is the first time
Admission : If this is the first time, can I borrow her ID card?
Patient : Can sus, this is my ID card
Admmision : Thank you Mrs. I stepped on the ID card to copy it

After the photocopy is finished the ID card is given back to the patient.

Admision : This is my mother returning her ID card

Patient : Yes sus
Admission : Please fill in the form first
Patient : Alright sus

The patient finished filling out the form.

Patient : This is the form
Admission : (take the form from the patient's hand) please wait, I will input the data
first. This is proof of registration, please Mrs and family go to public
policing. Later it will be called according to the queue number there.
(while directing the road) please go to the second floor, then turn right
Patient and family : Yes thank you sus
Admission : Together (smile)
pada suatu hari di RS datang seorang Mrs yang mengeluh sakit kepala.

admission : selamat siang Mrs, ada yang bisa dibantu?

pasien : selamat siang, kepala saya sakit. kemanakah saya harus pergi?

admission : disini kami memiliki dokter umumdan dokter spesialis. Mrs ingin memilih yang
mana?

keluarga : sebaiknya pilih yang mana ya?

admission : menurut saya, lebih baik Mrs ibu kedokter umum terlebih dahulu, karena nanti
jik ada komplikasi Mrs nanti akan dialihkan kedokter spesialis oleh dokter umum.

keluarga : iya kami memilih dokter umum saja

admission : jika seperti itu, silahkan ambil nomor antriannya. nanti kami akan panggil Mrs
dan kelurga, silahkan duduk dulu

pasien dan kelurga : iya sus

setelah menunggu beberapa menit pasien dan kelurga pun dipanggil.

admission : antrian no 24 (memanggil pasien). maaf ibu apakah sudah pernah berobat disini
atu ini pertama aklinya?

pasien : ini pertama kalinya

admission :jika ini pertama kali, bisakah saya pinjam KTPnya Mrs?

pasien : bisa sus, ini KTP saya

admmision :terima kasih Mrs, saya injam dulu KTPnya untuk di foto copy

setelah selesai difoto copy KTP diberikan kembali kepada pasien.

admision : ini ibu saya kembalikan KTPnya

pasien : iya sus

admission : mohon diisi terlebih dahulu formulirnya

pasien : baiklah sus

pasien pun selesai mengisi formulir tersebut.

pasien : ini formulirnya

admission : (mengambil formulir dari tangan pasien) mohon ditunggu, saya akan input
datanya terlebih dahulu. ini bukti pendaftarannya, silahkan Mrs dan kelurga pergi ke poli
umum. nanti akan dipanggil sesuai dengan nomor antrian disana. (sambil mengarahkan jalan)
silahkan ibu menuju kelantai dua, kalu belok kanan

pasien dan kelurga : iya terimakasih sus

admission : sama-sama (tersenyum)
