Dear Mr. Tan:

This is in reference to the required manpower deployed at the Club as per service
contract. Since January 2019 we already complied with your requirements of
minimum of Seventy (70) personnel, April 2019 we hired additional personnel to
accommodate the required personnel of 70 reporting on a daily basis; to date we
already have a total of 93 personnel deployed in the course. Sir, we are writing
to request for a consideration on the total of seventy (70) personnel reporting on
a day to day basis. We will be scheduling to trim down the manpower due to high
cost of labor and materials nowadays and to maintain total of eighty-five (85)
personnel including the admin and operation staff to accommodate the daily
required seventy (70) personnel reporting daily.

We are doing our best effort to fulfill commitment on the required deployment of
manpower as per our contract but due to some unavoidable reason which is
beyond our control, we encountered difficulty in fulfilling that commitment. We
are requesting for your kind hearted consideration if in other day/s that the total
attendance lowers the required deployment of seventy (70) in cases of emergency
absences (due to sickness), holidays and day-offs.

Hoping for your preferential approval and consideration on our request. Thank
