 Joint between the Metal cladding & buttress cladding to be

25 mm as per A23-630

 For Panels.

 Number of panels for each zone are matching with A22-403.

 Joints between the panels are matching with the IFC design.

 For Fixation details.

 There are many cases regarding the fixation with the existing cleats.
- Brackets to follow existed cleats / Missing fixation plate

 General comments due to fixation details:
• As per the model, fixation detail is as per the typical detail that mentioned in shop
drawing 401-AG-A-08-20-0.00-ST41-SD-003, the concept of fixation detail is working,
however it should be adjustable as per the cleats location “bracket & plate
dimension to not be fixed” in order to avoid; any clash with the cleats or any gaping
between these brackets and the cleats
• In some area brackets area far away from the cleats, another sub frame can be
provided in such cases.
• Where there is steel connection; two cleats have been produced instead of one”.
• For transition area, most of the brackets are clashing with the steel structure, new
concept should be provided.

Conclusion:

• Model is matching -as geometry- with KPF latest Model & RFI 4271/4309.
• Model is approved for the panels arrangement .
• All panel are clear, nothing to be revised.
• Model & shop drawing to match each other as shop drawing to be extracted from Model.
• All Fixation detail to be coordinated with steel structure as per the previous comments.
• All fixation brackets to be adjusted with the existing cleats as per the previous comments.
• Approval is subject for Panelization only & fixation details where noted to be revised accordingly.
• Further coordination to be done for the holes of the chandelier struts & smoke detector cameras as well.
