Friday November 23, 2018, during this day Mr. Sager go to Cawit National
Comprehensive High School to have Pre-registration Seminar with all of the teacher in
CNCHS. As his work immersion student he offered us to come with him as his assistant
7

during the seminar, we setup tge projector, getting the attendance and assist Mr. Sager
and the teacher as the presentation started.

Monday November 26, 2018, during this day Mr. Sager gave us some work to finish.
We re-write some data and transfer if to him, arranging file in the office, and doing some
paperwork's.

Tuesday November 27, 2018, Thanks Giving and a Day of Prayer, the events title. It was
held at Balar Event Place at Balaring, Boac Marinduque. It was one of the most
unforgettable moment of my Work Immersion, I'm the representative of Mr. Sager for
that event I do the closing prayer and get the plaque of appreciation for the CDA, that
moment I'm so proud of my self that I can
make that thing that I never imagine and
also thankful cause I've been part of that
event I witnessed a one of a kind experience
of each and everyone in the Cooperative.
Listening in their aspiring story and make my
self proud to them.

Monday December 03, 2018, making my

self busy as I can, helping my supervisor
in arranging the files, arranging the out
going and ingoing activities in the
documents. Puncher the documents and
xerox the documents and assisting the
person coming from the office.

B. Learnings from the 80 Hours'

Exposure in the Partner Institutions

I have a lot of learnings from the 80

hours exposure in the institusion that
I've been assigned. Their are some office
procedure and guidelines that I should
follwed like; go to work on time, finished
your work on time, use proper uniform,
respect your co-worker and make your self
presentable. But for most human behavior in
the organization, like on how we talk to the
supervisor and to my co-worker, how we
handle situation, time frame of the task, be
responsible in any actions and how we
approach to the people go to the office. But
other than that I have alot of experience and
exposure to the work we've had in 80 hour
for being a work immersion student like;
performing the daily routine in the office
8

work, perform task and expect to finish on time, encode and report different data,
update data on the office, assist people coming in the office and participate in any
different expected performance that inline with the office work.

On the other hand, the actual work is hard for me at first but I've use to it. The actual
work makes me pressured cause it has a allotted time to consume and finished. The task
has a time frame and need to finished already but then I've learn a lot on how to
manage my time and how be a multi-tasker. The task is sometimes computer based, it
just like encoding data (bookeeping, excel, word, etc.) and hand written reports from
about 75 cooperative in the Marinduque. Making the list of out going and in going files,
geting the needed data to the reports of the cooperative, xerox and printing documents.
But other than that I've encountered problems also like at first I don't know the flows of
the reports in the document, where to find certain data, and how to compute the data
needed. Also how to manage the office when my supervisor is out of town, facing
different people every day and different problem. Like how I may help them and make
things clear as soon as possible.

Nevertheless, I've things to solve in my problem during my stay in the agency as work
immersion student like; being responsible as a leader, how to stand with your own,
manage to pass requirements on time and making good decisions. Thats the things I've
learn in school that I use in the work place but on the other hand I've also learn new
learnings coming from the work place that I can use in my studies and in my everyday
life like; buing a multi-tasker, associated with different personalities, dealing with
different problem in the office work, management of time, time consciousness, having a
good attitude, have good pleasing personality and being a happy person even storms
come on you.

CHAPTER IV. EVALUATION OF THE TRAINING EXPERIENCE

Work Immersion is very helpful as part of my last year in senior level. It helps me to
improve my abilities and skills that I can use in my near futere. Also it helps me to
familiarize with the path I want in my futere, to understand the nature of the work and
bcome specialized within. Interaction with different peple in the office made me realized
how real world are be in my near future, experience the working environment of office
workthat may help me in my goals to achieve easily, also help us to acquaire new
knowledge to stock and remain on me for a long travel or journey of my life and help us
to grow fast and act as real professional in the near future..
9

Based on the training plan that had been drawn on school it make it happened in the
working place I've got too. And yes, training plan had been categories and highly valued
in my work place and I must say that I follow the training plan for what it should be to
happen. Knowing all the knowledge they had teach to me is good and as much as
possible I learn all the things on the agency, to become familiarize with all the work they
need to do everyday.

On the other hand, I consider to be the most important achievement during my work
immersion is being the representative of Mr. Edilberto Sager as a closing prayer for
Mission Alliance "Thank's Giving and A Day of Prayer" at Balar Event Place, Balaring Boac
Marinduque on November 27,2018. It was one of the most best achievement during
work immersion, as part of that event I feel so lucky to be with them to have the
knowledge that they been shared and the challenges that they pass for the past years
fot them, achieving all the wealth they have know. The smiles on their face whenever
they reminiscing the time that they achieve their spicific goal and other that the joy of
tears that fallen to their faces is a sign of their success of their cooperative. Seeing and
witness them on the stage is a big achievement for me as a students who doesn't know
how a cooperative runs a long time and hearing thier different stories of life is so
meaningful for me. I never imagined that it's really true, having in front of many people
praying for a good days that they face is really overwhelming, never the less I'm so
thankful to have and experience those kind of event.

I like the people around me, the atmosphere, place and other things that CDA have. But
for most I like the attitude of Mr. Sager, being a happy slash joker one is making the
office lively everytime I was their, the burst of the jokes and the laught everyday is like a
music in my ear and I miss that so much. Also the smiles of the coop member whenever
we do the important matters that they need in the office and the time we accomplished
the task the smile on their face strengthen me to work hard and to do more. But my fear
is the time that we cannot do the things that the coop member need, we cannot do the
paperr works that they need and also I dislike the most is that the time we say goodbye
all in the office the people, place, atmosphere and the laugh everywhere that sorrounds
in the four corner of the office.

The phase/elements of my work immersion I find difficult is to face different

personalities every day and to entertain different different coop for what they need. Also
the time that I have to the work to finish in a certain time and it feels like I need to catch
it on time so that good impression will I've got. And for most to deal with their different
problems that they have to ask them what they want and what to do for them and
fulfilling their needs in the agency. On the other side the element or phase of my work
immersion experience interest me is that having the smiles on their faces whenever I
finished the task that I do for them and its motivate me to be a manageble and good
work immersion student. To help them in different matters and to make their work esily
and to become a work immersion student of CDA.
10

Chapter V. CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

A. Conclusion

As my conclusion my work immersion is worth it and not a waste of time. Having in the
agency that I never imagine to be with is like a roller coaster that full of excitement and
joy. Laughing everyday with your work with you is so good and building the attitude on
how it should be. Making things impossible is like an hour glass that's running out of
time. My full experience in my work immersion made me more knowledgeable in the
work I want in the near future and as I enter the next step of my study.
11

During the Work Immersion day I found my self uneasy for everything, but then I
manange to adopt things as I learn in school like how I can communicate with my
supervisor is like communicating my respected teachers to, familiarize with the work
place, enhance my skills nd learnings and develop my attitude. Experiencing all of this is
like you are inside the box and only you can move in the four corner of it and making
things clear in every move couse one move can make the whole box a big mess so you
need to do thing slowly but surely. I develop my attitude not student but as a real worker
in the office, adopt knowledge learned from my supervisor, additional skills, enrich my
communication and for most important I learned how to appreciate nd respect one's life
and one's work. In any action there is a consequence that you may face after all even its
good or bad you need to accept all of it cause it will help you to grow and develop more
than before the advise, the rules that the office have you highly need to value it and
appreciate it.

My work immersion has a memorable thing for me as part of my SHS year I never
imagine that I'll experience this. To become a independent person who touch down the
stage and face the crowd it make too much for me as student. Facing different
personalities in the office everyday and making them satisfied in my work and hearing
the word "Mam Thank You" is like a fireworks, I unusually hear that and because of work
Immersion I experience to called a "Mam" and a old person saying that is like really they
say that.

I'm happy and thankful to experience those scene in my life and have them in my
memory no matter what happened. The sweetest smiles of the members of the
Cooperative I will miss them badly, the laughter that cover all over the four corner of the
office and most importantly my supervisor the ever supportive one.

B. Recommendations

Responsibility, hardwork, discipline, multi-tasking/multi-talented, patience and

understanding is the key for the success of this work immersion. Habing all this attitude
may help us to achieve all the things that we may have and fulfillment of work
immersion has a big way for us in the near future. All we need is to have a good attitude
and personality to feel and have the success of life. Living with success is the best
felling.I advice for a work immersion student to be on Cooperative Development
Authority at Capitol cause the people their is so nice ang good. They entertained you as
you step in their office, facing with the smiles on their face. They have a lot of
knowledge that can share and build to you, your skills will improve and develop as day
pass they never let the day pass without any single knowledge that will share to you.
CDA is the best for me in terms of the attitude, knowledge, people, atmosphere and
everything that build them. My only advice is be ready to a long day of laughter and
jokes that may burst you out to do your work and I really promise that you will enjoy it.
