II. REFLECTION

Reflecting on my time in the real estate industry, I've learned a lot through

seminars and hands-on experience. Going to these seminars helped me recognize the

many sorts of properties and what makes them unique. Watching personnel do their

duties demonstrated how much effort goes into assisting clients and keeping everything

tidy.

Clerical duties, such as filing and organizing records, taught me the importance of

staying organized in real estate. I also had the opportunity to work on financial reports,

which allowed me to improve my math abilities and get an understanding of how money

works in company.

Using computers to do things such as spreadsheets and databases improved my

technological skills. Participating in workplace events taught me how important

collaboration is in this industry.

Creating social media postings for agents allowed me to experiment with fresh

property advertising strategies. Helping agents on-site taught me how to communicate

with clients and present homes in the best light.

Assisting and observing agents on-site has given me practical knowledge with customer

interactions and property showing. It's been like being on the front lines, where I've

discovered the value of professionalism, product expertise, and good communication in

increasing sales and creating relationships.

Overall, my experience in the real estate sector has been beneficial and

instructive. Each event has helped me grow and develop, both personally and

professionally. As I continue to engage myself in this dynamic sector, I hope to broaden

my knowledge, improve my abilities, and make significant contributions to the industry.

Undertaking the diverse array of tasks outlined in my job responsibilities has

provided me with valuable insights into financial management and finance within the

real estate industry. Attending product knowledge seminars has not only enhanced my

understanding of various real estate projects but has also deepened my awareness of

the financial aspects inherent in property development. Learning about different

financing models, budgeting considerations, and investment strategies has broadened

my perspective on financial management within the sector.

Observing employees as they execute their tasks has allowed me to appreciate the

importance of financial prudence and accountability in every aspect of real estate

operations. Whether it's budgeting for marketing initiatives, managing project expenses,

encoding customer payments, or analyzing financial reports, I've witnessed firsthand

how meticulous financial management contributes to the success of projects and

organizations.

and databases have honed my financial management skills. From tracking expenses to
