Job Summary: Provides clerical and administrative support, either as a team or individually. They are
often also responsible for specific projects, as well as co-coordinating and implementing office
procedures.

Deals with telephone and email enquiries.

Creates and maintains filing systems.

Keeps diaries and taking appointments for staff.

0 Uses a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain
4 presentations, spreadsheets and databases.
0 Devises and maintains office systems.

0 Arranges travel and accommodation.

0 Travels with the team or manager to take notes at meetings, take dictation and provide general
7 assistance with presentations.
0 Arranges meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.

0 Organizes and stores paperwork, documents and computer-based information.

1 Liaises with members of staff in other departments or external contacts.

11 Orders and maintains stationery and equipment supplies.

1 Uses shorthand and audio tapes or copy typing to produce letters.
