A. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT

1. BASIS OF OFFER

Proposal for Effluent Treatment Plant is based on following design conditions.

Design Flow Rate: Raw Water : 120 KLD

2.0 TREATMENT PROCESS DESCRIPTION

Effluent Treatment Plant Shall be Consist following Steps:

 Waste Water Collection Tank
Raw effluent is received in waste water collection tank. Collection tank is made
in R.C.C. material.
 Oil & Grease Removal Tank
Equalized raw waste water from collection tank will be pumped to Oil & Grease
removal tank. Here oil & grease will be separate from waste water.
 Chemical Treatment
Waste water from Oil & Grease removal tank will be transfer to Flocculation
tank. Chemical treatment will include pH correction with the help of the Suitable
Chemicals (Lime, Alum & Polyelectrolyte) Dosing for maintaining pH in the
range of 6.5 to 8.5.
 Primary Settling Tank
Waste water from Flocculation tank will be taken to Primary Settling Tank. Pri-
mary Settling tank is MS in construction for settling suspended particles in pri-
mary settling tank and it is hopper bottom tank for separation of suspended par-
ticles under gravity.
 Tertiary Treatment
Tertiary treatment shall be consisting of polishing treatment for the removal of
Suspended Solid, Color and odor by subjecting effluent through Presser Sand
Filter & Activated Carbon Filter. All of these filters are required to carry out back
wash at least twice a day. Back wash water shall be collected back in to Collec-
tion Tank.

GUARANTEE / WARRANTEE: The Water treatment system supplied is

pair or replace the same and not subject to any wear/tear or supply
of consumables/spares.

3] Data Log sheet needs to be strictly maintain as per our instruc-
tions.
