 TERMS AND CONDITION

The following terms and conditions shall apply to this order.

1. PAYMENT

80 % advance along with purchase order,

20 % against Performa Invoice.

2. VALIDITY

This offer is valid for acceptance till 30 days from the date of offer.

3. DELIVERY

Within two weeks from the date of confirmed order as per terms.

4. SALES TAXES

As per sales tax norms

5. STANDARDS

All standards used in the proposal shall be as per relevant Indian/International

standards.
6. INSPECTION

Any charges for inspection would be on the client’s account.

7. FACILITIES AT SITE

The Buyer at his cost shall arrange the following facilities at site available.

The requisite utilities, manpower and raw materials should be available at the time
of installation and commissioning.

All other terms and conditions shall be discussed and agreed / finalized mutually at
the time of agreement.

8. WARRANTY

The equipments supplied are warranteed for a period of one year from the date of
supply & will provide all the services at your site.

Equipment warranty is valid against defective workmanship and/or poor

performance of the system only. Our liability is limited to repair or replace the
same and subject to any wear & tear or supply of consumables and spares due to
regular operation of the system.

EXCLUSIONS

The following are specifically excluded from our scope of work:

1) All process inputs, Utilities such as tube well for water, power supply and
distribution system, inlet-outlet piping, etc.

2) Fire Fighting Equipment.

3) All civil works including building, shed, foundations, roads, ramps, storage tanks,
etc.

4) Warehousing, storage and safe custody of equipment and other plant items
received at site.

5) Temporary power supply during construction and erection of plant.

6) Effluent Treatment.

7) Our Scope of supplies is limited to battery limit of equipment only as per list of
equipment given herein. Any equipment/items beyond battery limit excluded
from scope of work of this proposal.

8) Any statutory approval/sanction in connection with execution of this contract,

our drawing, documents in your country. However, necessary technical
assistance for obtaining such approval shall be provided by us.

9) Any other services/equipment not specifically mentioned.

10) Detailed design of foundations and architectures fee for building, site Plan/site
development etc.

10) Model of the Plant.

11) Clearing and safe transportation of machinery and equipment to project site.

12) Insurance of plant and machinery during erection and commissioning
