REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
In order to register to our conference, there are 5 steps you need to follow:
1. Revised your paper according to reviewers note (if any) and IEEE Camera Ready
Format.
2. In IEEE Copyright Form, please fill your paper title, complete list authors as well as
signature date. If you are “US Government Employee”, please sign on US.
Government Employee Certification. If you are British or British Commonwealth
Government employee, please sign on “Crown Copyright Certification”. Other than
that, please sign on “General Terms”.
3. Please send us your final paper and scanned copyright form to our email: info@pln-it-
pep.org before or by 21 September 2019.
4. Fill and sign registration form. Be advised that maximum paper pages are 6 pages.
There will be additional charges per paper if your final paper have more than 6 pages.
5. Please send us your scanned registration form to our email: info@pln-it-pep.org before
or by 1 October 2019
Please complete all of this step in order to register to our conference.
If you have any difficulties regarding on registration to our conference, please contact us at

Our committee will notify you if your registration is complete or if any additional document or
information required.
