ELECTION FOR YES-O OFFICERS / OFFICIAL MEETING OF YES-O

ORGANIZATION

To protect and conserve the environment for future students of Alangilan Senior
High School, Ms. Sarah Pulhin, adviser of YES-O Organization, together with Mr. Mark
Paulo San Juan and Ms. Mary Anne Ramos, co-adviser of the said organization called
the attention of the homeroom presidents of Alangilan Senior High School to conduct
the organization's election for the school year 2019 to 2020 on June 7, 2019 at Science
Laboratory 1.

At exactly eight in the morning, the agenda started with a simple introduction of
the organization and after that, the advisers decided to appoint the three major positions
which led Mr. Marc Aldwin Familara as the organization's president, Ms. Jewel Abcede
as the vice president and Ms. Jade Ann Bagos as the secretary. The said officers stood
in front and officially started the election. Everyone was given the freedom to nominate
anyone they think that fits for the position. To summarize the results of election, the
organization officially have four grade 12 students and five grade 11 students as the
new set of YES-O officers.

YES-O advisers together with the newly elected officers decided to conduct their
first formal meeting after their first agenda. Ms. Sarah Pulhin explained the signed
action plan which serves as the guide plan of activities for this school year. One of the
beautification activities, 'Planting and Beautification Project (PROJECT S.A.F.E) aims to
enhance the students' initiative to maintain the beauty and healthiness of the school's
enivorment. In addition, to unite and enhance the camaraderie of the students,
'Kalikasan Day' is one of the major events of the said organization. After discussing the
plan of activities, they moved on planning the possible fundraising of the club. It
includes promoting and marketing YES-O official t-shirt and bottle and paper collection.
These fundraising will serve as the budget of different activities of the organization.

Furthermore, the officers suggested that YES-O organization should have their
Facebook page that will distribute information in regarding with the announcements and
reminders from the organization. Another is YES-O Bulletin Board, a tangible project
where students have easier and free access of the activities of the club. All members
agreed on having their own organization's identification card to be edited and created by
one of the YES-O officers. After some clarifications, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00
am.
